soccer mom
- I went and visited one of daddy's work colleagues this morning because she had some clothes to give to George. I had such a nice time with her. I thought I was just going to pop in and pop out, but I ended up staying for an hour and a half. I love chatting with people.
- Jane, I gave you the choice of coming to soccer with us, or taking the babies on an outing. You chose to take them on an outing. You packed a picnic and blankets and got them ready to go to the park down the street. They were pretty stoked about the whole thing. It doesn't take to much to please them.
- I spend a lot of time at soccer...and before today, there were zero photos of ME at soccer. Katie, mainly it's me in charge of getting you to games and practices. Daddy comes to games sometimes, but it's mostly me. I decided to take a couple self portraits. I felt a little ridiculous, but hey, there should be a photo of me as a soccer mom.
- Jane, when we got home, the house smelled amazing. You had made butter chicken for yourself and the babies. George, you love butter chicken. You told Jane over and over how good it was and thanked her profusely.
- Lila, you met your kindergarten arch nemesis at the park. Jane was surprised that you were super friendly with her, but she wasn't friendly at all. Perhaps your opinions of her are well founded.
- George and Lila, you still bath together. It's a wild time. By the end, there's more water on the floor than in the tub.
