morning yoga
- Our mornings are pretty snuggly.
- George, you've started to get up and snuggle in front of the fire all by yourself. You used to come to our bed and snuggle with us, but you've stopped doing that. It's a tiny bit sad for me, but I am appreciating the extra minutes of sleep.
- Jane, you've been having a lot of headaches lately. We practiced yoga this morning to see if a little quiet meditation and stretching can help you.
- The sunshine is glorious. It makes a huge difference to my outlook on life. I love how our living room is flooded with light in the mornings.
- George, whenever we go out somewhere, you always pack up your container with your most important toys of the moment. It's so funny. What kind of kid packs a big plastic container of toys?
- Lila, you were the first one ready for school and waited patiently by the front door. This may have been the first time you have been the first one ready. It was a relief to me since you've been having such a hard time at school lately.
