evening of the arts

Jane, you took daddy and I to your school tonight for Evening of The Arts.  You had two beautiful pieces displayed.  I was so proud of you.  But what made me even more proud is that we ran into one of your teachers who told me you are hard working, talented, open to growing as an artist, kind, and a joy to be around.  There's nothing more I could want for you.
