mother/daughter moment

• George, you were pretending to be Keegan's baby today.  She was being such a good mama to you.  She carried you and read to you and tended to all your needs
• Lila, you were on the downstairs patio playing and daddy was up top.  He had a glass of water and slowly dribbled it on you.  When you finally realized what was happening, you thought it was so funny.  You decided you'd like to try to trick him.  He left to get ready to go for a jog and you ran to get a cup of water.  When he exited downstairs, you called him, then threw the water on him.  He pretended to be upset and you giggled and giggled and giggled.  You have a great little sense of humor
• We spent the entire day at the lake.  Auntie Jenny and I spent the whole afternoon floating tied to the buoy.  We chatted and talked the entire time.  I was go great.  Good for the soul
• After dinner we headed back to the lake and stayed until the sun went down.  It was beautiful.  I can never get enough of that golden summer light
