tea at grandma's
- We were supposed to leave Kelowna this morning, but daddy got some sort of stomach bug and wasn't in any shape to travel, so we decided to stay until he felt better. He was perking up in the afternoon, but then the Coquihalla was closed due to a fire, so we decided to stay an extra night.
- George, auntie Jenny brought over one of Jack's snow suits that he had outgrown. You love it. You wore it all day long even though it was thirty degrees out. You're ridiculous.
- Tea at grandma's house is a tiny bit fancier than tea at our house. She brings out the nice tea cups and the sugar bowl and creamer. You guys feel so special.
- As usual, auntie Jenny, auntie Shari, grandma and I stayed up late and drank wine and ate yummy snacks and told stories.
