proud mama

• Lila, Grandma came to school with us this morning to read with you during parent reading.  You were so pleased.  Parent reading is super special to you.  
• After Lila's school, we headed down to daddy's school.  Grandma has never seen Mr. Newbery in action.  We were there for his music block.  Grandma looked so proud as she watched her baby boy teach.  And I think that daddy was showing off for her just a tiny bit :)
• We came back home and Auntie Kim and her mom came over for lunch.  We had a great visit together.
• Grandma left on the bus just after dinner.  We all went down to depot to see her off.  Everyone had a great weekend with her.  I'm super grateful that she took the time to come down here to watch you so daddy and I could spend a couple days together.
