camera club: stars

• When we were at Costco yesterday, I told you all I would buy each of you a treat.  Jane, you got pickled asparagus, Katie, you got pickled beans, George, you got oranges, and Lila, you got pens. Of course you got pens.  You only have a trillion pens at home already.  I was so surprised!  None of you bought candy or cookies or chips or....
• George and Lila, we do "leawning" every day.  George, you're learning to print "Newbery" and Lila, you have a journal page for writing and drawing a picture.  You're both pretty enthusiastic about it.  Katie, you decided to learn how to type for your learning.  Jane, you're learning how to draw specific things each day.  
• Daddy has finally gotten his guitar out and is playing again.  He said it feels so good to have the time and energy to make music again.
• I'm still on my quest to learn how to relax.  I'm doing alright.  I booked a massage at noon, then came home and had a nap until dinner time.  
• My camera club met at the Dark Sky Park between Abbotsford and Chilliwack.  It wasn't quite as dark as I was expecting it to be, but we still got some great shots none the less...and it wasn't quite as scary as being in the woods at Chehalis in the pitch dark (right Kim?)  I love getting out and chit chatting and learning something new with these ladies.  It fills my bucket for sure.
