tag, you're it

• Jane and Katie, you left early (very early!!) this morning for Kelowna.  Katie, you're going to spend a week with auntie Jenny and the kids, and Jane, you're going to spend a week with auntie Shari and grandma.  You guys were a teeny tiny bit uncooperative about taking photos...but I kind of love these silly pictures of you.  You're old pros at taking the bus now, and you got seated, then didn't even look up again to wave to me as the bus drove away.  I guess I should probably get used to that.
• We had a few quiet hours at home and then Dareian and her friend Shayna arrived.  They had been in Kelowna for a few days vacationing with Shayna's family, then came down here for a few days.
• I had a MWAC meeting tonight, so Dareian and Shayna tagged along.  It was so fun to have them there.  We went on a field trip tonight.  The original plan was to go to Riverview, but there was a BIG production shooting there, and most of the buildings were fenced off.  We were warned three times not to take any photos, so we ended up leaving and going to Colony Farms instead.
• As usual, Colony Farms did not disappoint.  I had so much fun with my camera ladies.  Some of us brought our kids, and it was great to have them along.  They were busy playing and taking photos the entire time...the next generations of MWAC :)
