• We decided to go to Golden Ears Park this afternoon to hike to the Lower Falls.  
• Lila, you were adorable.  You're always so definite about what you want to wear.  You looked like a 50's pin up model or something.
• George, it was a five kilometer hike to the falls.  It was looking a little iffy whether or not you'd make it, but you powered through with a minimal amount of complaining.  
• The hike was worth it.  The water was crystal clear and the pools were green.  The falls were lovely and there were big orange rocks everywhere.  Perfect for climbing and sitting and viewing the beauty around us.  
• We had a little tailgate party after hiking back to the van.  Daddy got lemonade for us, and it totally hit the spot. 
• We went to Alouette Lake afterward to show Dareian and Shayna.  It's so beautiful.  One of my all time favorite lakes.
• After we got back, we put the babies to bed, then Dareian and I had an editing party.  Editing parties consist of wine, cheese sauce, and a whole lot editing.  I took my computer out to the living room and we all gathered around and edited photos together.  Total nerd fest, but so awesome!
