hockey dad

• This week has been a blur of video editing, eating, hanging out with daddy and lounging around. It's been pretty great.  Today was the first time I left the house all week.
• Daddy had a hockey game tonight.  Katie, you wanted to come and watch, and we were all set to leave (it started at 9:15), when Lila popped her cute little face out of her bedroom door to ask us where we were going.  She ended up coming along.  She's such a night owl.
• We had lots of fun at the rink.  Katie, you brought some money, so you and Lila headed off to the concession to see what you could score.   You came back with a big bag of sour keys.  You two snuggled and giggled and ate candy.  I think you might have glanced at the ice once or twice.
• Daddy and I finished watching This is Us, so we're hunting for a new show now.  We tried Friends from College, but the whole premise of two people having affairs with their friends spouses wasn't very appealing to us.  What a hurtful, terrible thing to do.  We tried out Jessica Jones as well, and it looks slightly promising.
