• George, you and I had a wonderful quiet day at home.  It's been a while since you and I have just hung out without anyone else around.  You seemed as though you needed a nap.  When we went to get Lila from school, you sat down and rubbed your eyes and sat there weaving around, but every time I asked you, you weren't tired.  
• Lila, I'm still coming to pick you up 20 minutes early.  You're so funny because you come to greet me, then go right back to what you were doing, and keep doing it until it's time to go home.
• After school we played in the school forest for quite a long time.  Lila, I can't believe you run around in your bare feet.  
• The warmth of the sun felt pretty incredible after all the rain lately.
