• Today was a very quiet day.  We are all visited out and are appreciating the peace and solitude and comfort of our own home.
• Upon our arrival home, it was very clear that our kitty wasn't doing very well.  Our neighbor Beth was cat sitting and said that Elise really wasn't herself while we were gone.  I knew we needed to make a decision about what to do with her, but I was really hoping she would just die peacefully in her sleep one day.  I didn't want to have to make the decision.  She's been such a nice kitty for our family.
• Daddy called the vet today and talked about our options.  We have an appointment for tomorrow afternoon.  I'm dreading it.
• Tonight I asked each one of you if you wanted pictures with her.  Everyone did.  I cried and cried as I took them.  It was hard to watch you say good bye to her and I can't imagine what tomorrow will be like.  She's just so effin sweet.
