Katie, I’m trying my darnedest to get you your cell phone. I’m so frustrated with Fido right now. There have been so many miscommunications between the customer service at the call center and the people working at the store. I have no idea what the problem is, but I’m so close to going to a different company. I had no idea it would be this hard to spend money with a cell phone company. Katie, you’re being very patient with the whole thing. You entertained Lila for an hour and a half at the mall while I struggled to make this happen for you. You’re being very gracious and patient with the whole process, so thank you very much. Your kindness is encouraging me to keep on truckin’.
