snowing again

• I can't believe it's snowing again.  You guys are still super enthusiastic and happy to help me shovel the driveway
• George, you stayed with me long after the girls went upstairs.  You're such a great helper.  You shoveled your little heart out with your spider man shovel, then helped me spread the de-icer on the driveway
• Katie, you started the assessments for orthodontic work this morning.  You were nervous/excited before the appointment....and a little less so afterward.  I spared you the embarrassment of your mommy following you around the orthodontists office photographing you during the exams.  You're welcome
• While we were at the orthodontist, I was sitting in the waiting room with my elbow resting on the arm rest of the chair.  A man came in and sat in the chair right beside me and totally took over the arm rest.  I was like, um...I don't think so, and gently shoved his arm off.  He looked surprised, but didn't try to use it again.  Lesson: don't mess with big mama
• Dareian told me today that she's coming for a visit in May.  I'm so happy.  I love that girl
