crazy cousins
- We went out to visit auntie Kim and the kids in Chilliwack this morning. On the way there, I noticed the wild daffodils were blooming in the median. I couldn't help myself. I've ALWAYS wanted to stop and plunk a kid in those flowers and take pictures, but usually daddy is driving, and there's no way he would stop. I found a safe place to pull over and we went to check it out. It was so beautiful. Better than I dreamed it would be. Lila, you picked a small bouquet to give to Auntie Kim. George, you just kinda smashed things and stomped around. I'm glad we were in a median and not a garden. Lol
- George, you're killing me with those onesies. You put the George Harrison onesie on this morning, but George fell off! You were so sad, but I think I'll take it and make a shirt more your size
- Felicity made lunch for us all. Brave girl to cook for our crew! Nice now that our kids are growing up and starting to cook. So relaxing for us moms
- Auntie Kim's place is so lovely. Their backyard is a kids dream. You guys were incredibly cute together. So much laughing and playing and general happiness. Auntie Kim and I sat on the "relaxing swing" and watched you. How wonderful that all these years later we're still friends, plus we've created a whole crazy gang of kids. Fake cousins, as they like to call us. I think it's great that even though there was such a huge range of ages, you were all together and having a ton of fun
