sunshine + fog + forest + my babies = magic

• Lila, you didn't want to go to school this morning, but then remembered that you were the special helper.  You jumped up and got dressed (in clothes!)  We stayed to read with you, then watched you as you performed your special duties.  
• George, you and I went to Pitt River to meet Sandra and Gigi.  It was foggy and mysterious and beautiful.  You were pretty excited to play with Gigi, but most importantly, you were excited because you saw Costco on our way there, and you wanted to invite them to come and have a hotdog with us.  
• There were a ton of spider webs that had been covered in dew, then frozen in the cold.  I couldn't stop oohing and aahing over them.  I took a ton of photos.  So beautiful.
• George, we did a little shopping at Costco after our hotdogs.  You sat in the bottom of the cart and chit chatted with me as we picked up our items.
• After Costco, we went to daddy's school to visit.  We met his other class and watched him for a while.  George, you were pretty shy and quiet and stuck close to daddy and I.
• Auntie Georgia just got a new kind sized bed, so needed fleece sheets.  I saw some at Costco and got them for her and then delivered them to her house.  George, you made yourself at home and watched Star Wars for a while until it was time to get Yiya from school.
• Katie, we negotiated after school.  You wanted a ride and I wanted photos in the forest.  Win-win for both of us!  The sunshine through the fog in Mundy Park is completely magical.
