still my baby
- Whoa. I took a lot of photos today. We met my friend Sandra and her son at Riverview. We hit it just right between the rain. It looked so different from when Lila and I were there a few days ago. They had mowed all those pretty patches of flowers, and the rain had washed away most of the blossoms
- Jane, you weren't feeling well and thought perhaps you had strep. We went to see Dr. Chang and got you tested
- We went to Costco after that and had some lunch and got some desperately needed groceries. I have a hard time keeping up with the food consumption around here. Just as we arrived at Costco, it started to POUR. Crazy rain. All the adults were huddled under the overhang at the entrance, but George and Lila, you thought it was great. You were jumping and splashing and giggling. Everyone around us was laughing and enjoying your sweetness
- George, you fell asleep on the way home. I carried you upstairs and set you on my bed, then went to do a couple things. When I came back, I found you on your tummy with your little butt up in the air, all squished up like a baby. Just for a minute, it felt like you were still little. Oh my gosh, you're a beautiful little boy. I took full advantage and photographed you from every angle. After I photographed you, I laid down beside you and we had a glorious little sleep together. You're such a cuddly little guy
- Katie, you made dinner for us tonight. Pancakes, warm strawberries and whipped cream. It was sooooo good. In fact, dad said that your pancakes were better than mine...and my pancakes are pretty darn good
