livin' on a pear
- George, you've been singing Livin on a Prayer the last few days, but you're pretty sure these are the lyrics:
Woah, we're half way there
Woah, livin' on a pear
Taste my hand, we'll make it I swear
Woah, livin' on a pear
- We've tried to tell you the real lyrics, but you get very angry when we do. It's so funny. Especially the taste my hand line.
- George, you've also started a one man band. You hang your geetah around your neck and strum it with a pick, use one beater attachment as a flute (you hum to make the flute sound), and the other one in your left hand as a drum stick with which you hit on the neck of you geetah. You're pretty coordinated and you take it seriously. Daddy lent you harmonica, but you didn't prefer it because you needed your hands. We'll have to get you one of those harmonica holder thingies.
- Katie, you had your first game with your new team today. You were quite nervous. You thought everyone might be watching you and wondering how on earth you made the team. Ha! Silly girl. You definitely looked like you belonged. You came out strong and ran your hardest and made great passes. I was proud of you.
- Lila and George, you were bored at the soccer game until you started to make your own fun running in the puddles and climbing the support beams. Lila, your cast has not slowed you down even one little bit.
- Jane, you spent the day with Tia and her family. It was Vanessa's birthday today and you helped make a cake then stayed for dinner and dessert. Tia has been gone for 11 days on a big canoe trip, so you had lots of catching up to do.
