day 7 : 69 days of summer
Goerge, you’ve become a bit of a book worm. You’ve been reading Big Nate but finished them all. Now you’ve started on the Roald Dahl collection. While Daddy and I were out this afternoon, you read the entire book of Fantastic Mr. Fox.
George, you went on a walk with one of our neighbors and his kids this morning. You informed him that cats have to mate 69 times to have a baby. Too funny.
Jane, today was your two year anniversary with Zack. He picked you up mid afternoon to take you out for a surprise adventure. I can’t wait to hear what he had planned. i’m so grateful for Zack. Such a nice boy.
Dad and I went to grandma and grandpa’s to pick up a dresser for Katie. We had a nice visit with them and one of their neighbors.
Lila, you still have a couple cute little things that you say incorrectly. You call hand sanitizer, “ham samitizer.” I smile every time I hear you say it. You also call breakfast “breafikst”.
Katie, you babysat the babies while dad and I were out. When we got back, you and George were hanging out on the patio reading. I’ve never witnessed that scene before. It was obvious that you were both enjoying it immensely.
