snowblower

snowblower
  • There was a huge dump of snow last night.  Grandpa normally likes to shovel, but he broke the snowblower out for this one.
  • Auntie Becca, Uncle Dan and I helped him out and also went over to the neighbor's house to shovel her walk.  They have a neighbor with a tractor who goes around and clears people's driveways, so he was out as well.  Grandma and grandpa live in a nice neighborhood with nice people.
  • I really like shoveling snow.  I find it relaxing and satisfying.
  • Jane and Katie, you hid out downstairs with Val and James for most of the day.  You set up some speakers and listened to music and drew and chatted.  You guys are pretty cute together.
  • George and Lila, you are wild when you're around David.  Wow.  So much energy.  So much giggling.  So much running around.
  • Daddy and I went on a date to the Iron Horse.  I was really grouchy.  I'm tired of being sick.  I'm tired of being tired.  We had been planning on going into town to get a few things, but I just couldn't do it.  Instead, we stopped in at the Lone Butte store to get a gallon of milk.  It was 9 dollars!  I can't believe they get away with charging so much.  We went back home and I slept for the afternoon.
  • I made veggie chowder for dinner.  Jane, it's your absolute favorite.  I love making it for you.
