  • We travelled to 100 Mile yesterday.  As usual, we left far later than we planned to.  The drive wasn't great.  Lots of snow and icy conditions.  Lots of cars in the ditch.  The stretch between Clinton and 100 Mile was particularly bad with blowing snow.  We arrived around 5, just in time for a nice turkey dinner.
  • I'm still really sick.  I have a cough that just won't go away.  I slept for most of the day today.  The babies and I are sleeping in the dark room under the stairs, so it's easy to lose track of time.
  • Belle seems to be doing a little better.  Her hind legs were paralyzed a couple weeks ago.  Nobody know what happened.  Grandma and grandpa are trying a couple things the vet recommended to see if she can regain any control.  It's so sad because she's such a nice doggy.
  • It's really cold here.  Minus 20.  Makes it hard to be outside for any length of time.  We mostly just hung out and relaxed today.  Lots of Bananagrams and Skipbo.  You guys are really excited for the arrival of your cousins tomorrow.
  • Katie, you were pretty cute helping grandpa with shoveling the driveway.  The snow here is so light and fluffy, that shoveling is a pretty easy task.
  • TT is playing in a tournament this week and his games are broadcast on the internet, so we watched it.  So fun to see him in action!
