statue of a hockey player
- We went to the lacrosse box at Mundy park to play hockey this morning. George, you always pretend to be Koivu when you're playing out, and when you're in goal, you're none other than Carey Price. Lila scored a goal on you, and the look of disbelief and shock on both of your faces was priceless
- Lila, you came up to me and told me you had a really great "iplan" (that's a word that you and George use. I think it's a combination of plan and idea). You wanted to write your name with sticks and rocks. Omg. You're adorable. You got busy collecting everything, then made a heart and wrote your name inside it
- Lila, we saw a rock that had a plaque attached to it. You were intrigued and kept looking at it. Before I knew it, you were standing on top of it in a weird pose. I asked what you were doing, and you told me you were a statue of a hockey player. You stayed there for about 15 minutes and just smiled at people as they passed by
- I went for a walk around Burrard Inlet during Katie's soccer practice. I can't even get over how beautiful our city is. It's completely mind blowing that we get to see such beauty on a regular basis
- I have strep throat again. I'm really tired of being sick. I'm trying to figure out how I can take a break and rest my body. It's tricky. There's only so much daddy can do for me. I feel like I need to start getting creative
