george in b&w
- George, you took some time to be by yourself on our walk today. You were super cute. Just sat off of the path and rested your face in your hands...and sat. Lila kept running back and forth between us to check to see if you still wanted to be by yourself, and then updating me on your status
- SUN!!!!!!! The sun was back today. And it was warm and wonderful. The trees are ready to burst into blossoms and leaves
- Lila, we went to Strong Start this morning. You've never been in a classroom type setting before, and as much as I dislike organized educational experiences for little ones, I feel like I would be doing you a disservice by not introducing you to the concept before you start full-time kindergarten in the fall. You loved it. George loved it. I did not love it. I much prefer being outside and just seeing what we can see. I'm going to take you once a week until the end of June. I think that will be enough for you to understand school and not too much so I don't go crazy
- Lila, you found a feather. You brought it home and used it as a pen
- George, I was getting ready to go out and went into my bedroom to grab something. The light shining on your beautiful little body stopped me in my tracks. I grabbed my camera and took a few shots. I love the little hairs on your back. I also love that your legs are all scratched up and you have road rash and a bandaid
- Lila, you and I went grocery shopping tonight. We went to Costco. You were absolutely delightful. You didn't stop talking the entire time we were gone. You wore a pair of George's green crocodile onesie pajamas (that are waaaaay too small for you), black patent leather dress shoes and a purple scarf tied around your head. I kept dropping my pen, so you said, "It's ok Mutah (mother), I can hold it for you." You tucked it in your scarf to keep it safe. You're so hilarious - I giggled every time I looked at you
