homework

• Aisling (Myah's mom) came over for coffee today.   It was so great to catch up with her.  I don't see her enough.
• Jane and Katie, she brought over a couple bags of clothes for you and it was like Christmas around here when you got home.  You were so delighted with your new-to-you clothes.
• George, you were in need of a hard cut and Aisling offered to cut yours.  You look so adorable.  You can actually sit pretty well through a haircut which always surprises me since you can't sit still for anything else.
• Jane, you came with me to visit auntie Georgia while Katie practiced across the street.  I actually ended up leaving to run back home and pick up something Katie had forgotten.  You discussed how weird the world is, then sat mesmerized by the commercials since we don't have cable.  It's so funny when we're around TV because everything is new to us.  Even the commercials are fascinating.  
• Katie, after soccer, you and Marian walked up to Auntie Georgia's house to join us.  We talked about bras and boobs and you guys giggled and rolled your eyes.  You're adorable.
• Katie, after we got home,  you got straight to work on your homework.  You're so conscientious and hard working.
