tulips
- Katie, you left for Quebec this morning. We met at your school at 4am. It was early. Really early. You were excited and didn't seem too nervous. I was really excited, and maybe a tiny bit sad. My baby...so far away and for nine days!
- Auntie Georgia invited us over for tea so we could finally meet her niece Emily. Lila wasn't feeling well, so daddy ended up staying home with her, so just the three of us went. Jane, you were so cute. When you saw Emily, you said, "Oh...you're the girl from the fridge!"
- George, you're so comfortable at Auntie Georgia's house, you strip down within minutes of being there.
- The sun came out in the late afternoon and shone so beautifully on the tulips. Jane, you were sitting on the couch behind the tulips, so I asked you to give the cushion a few good whacks to make the dust fly so I could catch a little more of those beautiful rays of light.
- Daddy and I went on a pho date. We're still not tired of Pho 99. These dates are so important to our relationship. I'm happy we're both so committed to our relationship.
