newborn photos

• I've been looking forward to this day for a long time!  Our camera club did newborn photos with Kim's new baby!
• George, you helped as we set things up by laying on the bean bag to let us test the light.  You looked ridiculously, monstrously huge beside that sweet new creature.
• As we were getting ready to put baby Audrey on the beanbag, she peed all over.  It was so funny. But amazingly enough, Kim didn't get any on her, just a big puddle on the floor.  The hazards of newborn photography!
• I quickly went through the photos and edited one, but I can't wait to sit down with them and really dig in.  Audrey is so sweet.  She has the most luscious lips and cheeks.  Oh my.
• George, you made yourself at home and got busy with the power tools and toys.  You're such a good sport about being dragged around to so many different things.
• Lila, you have been begging to go back and see the play again, so we went together tonight.  You got dressed up again, this time in a Belle dress and lace gloves and gold sparkly sandals.  Once again, you enjoyed the play so much.  You gasped every time you saw Jane on stage.  I love your enthusiasm for life.  
• Jane, after the play Lila was stuck to you like glue.  She adores you.
• Katie, today was Annika's birthday, so you helped celebrate at a sleep over at her house.  It's so quiet here without you!  We missed you.
