clay

• Lila, you had a field trip to Evergreen Cultural Center this morning.  You worked on a clay project. The teacher there was AMAZING.  Just incredible.  When I see someone who's really good at their job, it gives me chills.  It's so inspiring and beautiful to see someone who's doing exactly what they are meant to be doing.
• George, you are always such a good sport about being dragged along to all of the girls things.  You're such a good little buddy.  
• Lila, the little frog you made was adorable.  I was surprised to see you painted it all in pastel colors.  You're usually attracted to bright shades.  I'm looking forward to seeing it after it's been fired and glazed.
• Jane, after school you and Lila sat on the grass and she did your "makeup" with little flowers she picked.  You were so patient and gentle with her.  I love watching the two of you together.
• Daddy and Uncle Danny stayed up late playing NHL on the xBox today.  They're like little boys when they get together.
