brothers
- I laughed so hard when I went through these photos. I wanted to title this post "the most boring gathering on earth." But honestly, we were having a good time! For real. Lol.
- Tonight was their last night in Coquitlam before they head back to Calgary tomorrow morning. The Matsuda's came over for dinner. We had originally planned to go to a park for a BBQ, but the weather looked pretty iffy, so we decided to come to our place instead. I made a MASSIVE pot of spaghetti and salad and garlic bread, and was completely shocked when I went to serve myself and the pot was almost empty. Wow! I completely underestimated the amount of food teenage boys eat. It made me laugh. Now I know for next time. Good thing I had a ton of leftover Chicken Tikka Masala from last night...which also completely disappeared.
- This week went by all too fast. Dareian, I love having you around. I love our editing parties. And cheese sauce. And chatting. And just generally having you around.
- Jane and Katie, after everyone left, we hung out in the kitchen with Dareian and had the most fun chat ever. We asked her so many intrusive personal questions....she actually thought we had rehearsed it. Hahaha. I couldn't be more proud of you. Way to go! Way to dig deep and have conversations that matter. Dareian, thanks for being a good sport and indulging us!
