blue mountain park

• We're having an Ian style summer this year.  This means we're not doing much of anything.  Relaxing, staying close to home, sleeping in, playing games and hanging out.  I don't know if I'm totally sold on the idea, but everybody else in enjoying it, so I'm going to give it a go.  Daddy swears that if we do this for long enough, our bodies and minds will be rested, and one day we'll wake up and magically feel like being busy again. 
• I lazed around in bed until 3:00 in the afternoon.  I'm really taking this whole relaxing thing to heart.  
• Lila, we met your school friend and her family at Blue Mountain Park for some play time and dinner.  It was a perfect summer evening.  I hope for many more like this!
